What is Account Management?

Account management is first and foremost a skill required to manage different types of accounts, such as bank accounts, credit cards and other financial accounts. This means that you must be able to handle different forms of control, deposits and withdrawals as well as transfers between different accounts. It is also important to be able to manage accounts in different ways, both online and offline. Account management can be compared to other skills such as customer management and sales, as it also involves managing different types of relationships. However, account management is more focused on the technical and financial aspects of managing accounts, while customer management and sales are more often concerned with the social and personal aspects of these relationships.
