What is Talent Management?
Talent management means recruiting, developing and retaining employees with high competence. The purpose is to ensure that the company has the right skills to achieve its goals. The talent management process often includes recruitment, development interviews, skills development and advanced training. Compared to other competencies, talent management is a more strategic and long-term process. Other competencies, such as recruitment and development, are often more operational and focus on more short-term goals.
