What is SDL Trados?
SDL Trados is a software used for translation and language technology. The program enables efficient translation of texts by offering various functions that facilitate the work process. Among other things, SDL Trados offers memory functions for previous translations, terminology management and quality checks to ensure accurate and consistent translations. As with Adobe Photoshop, there are other programs on the market that offer similar features to SDL Trados. Examples of other translation tools are MemoQ, Wordfast and Memsource.
