What is PRINCE2?
Prince2 is a project management methodology used to plan, structure and manage different types of projects. The methodology is built around a series of processes and activities that must be carried out during different phases of a project. Prince2 also contains a series of different roles and responsibilities to be followed during the different phases of the project. Compared to other project management methodologies, Prince2 is one of the most widely used and well-known methodologies. Prince2 is also one of the most flexible methodologies, which makes it suitable for use in different types of projects.
