We are looking for highly skilled Snowflake developers to work in Desuvit AS. Desuvit came into operation in 2018. Since then, we have helped multiple medium-sized businesses grow by developing IT Solutions, digitalization, and mobile apps. We have also helped many startups bring their idea to life.

Job requirements:

Working Experience of 3+ years in Snowflake. We can consider with 1+ year experience but the candidate needs to be really good.
Should possess intermediate to advanced experience with SQL
Knowledge of build automation tools like Jenkins, GitLab, and docker
Experienced in Cloud solutions and architecture within AWS, FarGate/ECS, Lambda, S3 Bucket, API GW,

We recently launched the Gibson app for Gibson Brands and we have many products in the making. We are continuing growing, and are looking to expand the team to take our products to the next level.What you will doYour primary focus will be on the development of our backend and devops infrastructure. You will work closely with app developers to create new features in our app. We are a small team of around 8 which is a great size for being able to focus, high cooperation and fast decisions. We have quite a light scrum process, so that everyone can focus on what is the most important thing, writing great code together.<ul><li>Take responsibility for the backend of the Gibson app </li><li>Drive new features and write specifications for apps before implementation</li><li>Help out keeping our Kubernetes cluster healthy </li><li>Create/change database models in Postgres</li><li>Responsible for managing our back-end services </li><li>Ensure high performance and responsiveness from the backend APIs</li><li>Optimize current and new features</li><li>Actively participate in the project planning, sprint planning, daily scrum and sprint review</li><li>Develop, implement and maintain unit tests</li></ul>Who you are<ul><li>5 years of experience in software development </li><li>Strong knowledge of Devops, experience with Kubernetes and dockerized applications</li></ul><ul><li>2 years working with Python (preferably experience with Django)</li><li>Working with cloud infrastructure (we use Azure but GCP or Azure is fine)</li><li>Good knowledge of PostgreSQL</li><li>Working with REST-APIs</li><li>Writing tests and quality assurance</li><li>Architecture mindset of how to build/rewrite features to optimize and improve performance</li></ul>Good to have<ul><li>Basic understanding of audio/video streaming service</li><li>Basic understanding of Javascript, HTML and CSS</li><li>Some experience with machine learning or AI</li><li>Some experience with CMS</li><li>Also great if you can play the guitar, but not a requirement.
