What is FTP?
FTP is a technical skill that allows users to transfer files from one computer to another. FTP is one of several ways to transfer files between computers, and it's usually the fastest and easiest method. FTP works by the user logging into an FTP server with an FTP client. Once the user is logged in, they can navigate the file structure on the server and select which files they want to download or upload. FTP is a very useful technology for transferring large files, as it does not require the user to download and install any additional software.
