We are seeking an experienced Platform Engineer/Manager to join our Tech Team. As a Platform and DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for leading, managing and automating our infrastructure using Kubernetes, Docker, ArgoCD, and AWX technologies. You will work closely with our development teams to ensure smooth deployment and maintenance of our applications in a highly available and scalable environment.

The role includes growth possiblities to design and improve our way of working and our Dev- and CloudOps. The ideal candidate have knowledge and expertise in design, implement and monitoring containerized applications using Docker, Kubernetes or other container orchestration technologies to ensure high availability and scalability.

Other responsibilities:

Design and implement scalable cloud and on-prem environment
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Docker and ArgoCD to automate deployment and testing according to best practise
	Follow DevOps best practises for security, scalability, resiliency, redudancy and cost
	Collaborate with development teams to ensure code quality and seamless integration with infrastructure.
	Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues to ensure optimal performance and availability.
	Implement and manage security policies and measures to ensure a secure infrastructure and application environment.
	Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery procedures
	Deliver recommendations and lead infrastructure initatives

Requirements:

	Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
	At least 3 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer.
	Expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and ArgoCD
	Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
	Strong understanding of Linux operating systems.
	Proficient in scripting language like Python
	Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana – and data pipelines using Airbyte, Apache Kafka or similar
	Knowledge of security best practices for infrastructure and applications.
	Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
	Ability to work independently or with a team
	Have a flexile work mindset and ability to multi-task and work across a range of projects with various priorities
