What is Data Center?
A data center technician is responsible for the operation and maintenance of data center infrastructure. This includes servers, networking, storage and cooling. Data center technicians often work in teams with other technicians to ensure that all systems are operating optimally. They must also have security and deployment knowledge to prevent and resolve issues. A data center technician is a specialist in data center infrastructure. Most data center technicians have a background in network engineering, server management or storage.
