CodeIgniter is a framework for web applications that use PHP. It is one of the most popular PHP frameworks and is used by many large companies. CodeIgniter is one of the easier frameworks to learn and use, and it's very fast and efficient. However, there are a number of other similar frameworks, such as Laravel and Symfony, which are also very popular.
