What you have…
You have at least 5 years of experience in back-end development and you feel comfortable with architecting a platform that will live for years to come.
You have experience working with Python, Django or other back-end technologies.
You know how important it is to create a great experience for all types of users.
You know how to set up CI, pipelines, and unit testing.
You know how to debug, identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
The technology you have worked with in the past is less of a factor than your past experience in general.
