All our team members are experienced developers, so we want you to learn from us, as well as bring new ideas and knowledge to the table. - We are building the most loved chatbot out there, using all the buzz words (AI, ML, LLM, GPT etc). - We use AI both in the chatbot, but also on the platform side to help users build content. - We need you to bring your skills so we can keep building a product that competes at the top level against global competitors. - We also hope you can help out on either infrastructure or devOps🌟 The product teams focus this year: - End user (Provide a pleasant chat experience no matter the circumstances) - Bot building (Building and maintaining a bot should be easy and fast) - Analytics (Bot builders need more data to know where they should improve the bot) - Integrations (We focus 100% on our chatbot, the rest we integrate too. We leverage AI, GPT and machine learning to build the world's most loved chatbot. We have over 140 incredible clients that include Elkjøp Nordic, Kahoot!, Voi, Norwegian and Happy Socks – just to name a few. Our tech reaches over one million users every month and we handle thousands of messages every hour.🌟 What you will do: As a Senior Backend Developer on the Product team, your job will be to:- Research, develop, and improve. - Continuously improve the platform while looking out for new opportunities. - Be responsible for all the stages of the feature development cycle - Discuss ideas, design speccing, and workshopping - Complex problem-solving and coordination with other teams to deliver features - Release features to thousands of users - Freedom to work across the stack and have a lot of input on the areas you wish to focus on - Talk directly to customers (if you are comfortable with that)🌟 Who we think you are: - 3-5+ years experience with backend development - Experience with either Python, Nodejs, or Elixir - Experience with Postgresql, MongoDB, or other SQL/NoSQL databases - Commitment to the craft and the collaboration involved. Peer reviewing, and writing robust, reusable, and testable code. - Understanding of scalability and performance - Ability to lead or self-organize a project through the entire feature development life cycle🌟 It’s a bonus if you have experience with: - Elasticsearch - Kubernetes and Docker - CI/CD and automation - Terraform with a public cloud like AWS or GCPMore to tell, but let's do that if you find this interesting.
