We are now looking for more Software Engineers to join us. Our teams, and platform, have just started a journey to shift from containerised microservices written in PHP, running on Kubernetes and managed by us. Towards a Serverless architecture in Node.js (TypeScript) running on AWS. There are exciting times ahead, full of opportunities to have an impact on both our users and the platform’s foundation.

Our challenge for you
- Work across our stack of serverless Node.js (TypeScript) services on AWS, as well as Vue.js frontends. It's of course OK to prefer one or the other!
- Work with your team to explore and ship. Pushing the boundaries of technology for education.
- Take active part in discussions to actively drive the team and our platform forward.
- Propose, drive and engage in improvement efforts of our platform.
- Contribute to the full product life cycle.
- Operate our platform on AWS.
- A challenging environment, full of opportunities to grow in your role and on.

What you’ll bring to the team
- Some experience of web- and backend development. Having worked with Serverless, TypeScript and AWS is favorable.
- Comfortable with automated testing is also a plus!
- A genuine passion for solving problems.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- High self-drive and an unpretentious ”doer” mentality that is driven by challenging traditional ways and seeing new opportunities.
- A well-developed analytical ability and attention to detail.

Senior Software Engineer

We are now looking for a Software Engineer to join us, and take on our frontend apps. Main focus would be our native iOS and Android apps. However, someone who's comfortable across the full frontend stack of mobile and web is a big plus. Currently, we're undergoing a major technology shift, as well as taking home projects from external contractors. There are exciting times ahead, full with opportunities to have an impact on both our users and the platform’s foundation. For this role we're looking for you who can be a strong force in driving our frontends further.

Our challenge for you
- Drive our native mobile frontend apps further; iOS and Android.
- Work with your team to explore and ship. Pushing the boundaries of technology for education.
- Inspire and discuss best practices as well as personal experience, to actively drive improvement efforts in the team.
- Propose, drive and engage in improvement efforts of our platform.
- Contribute to the full product life cycle.

What you’ll bring to the team

- Also having worked with web (eg. Vue.js and TypeScript) is a big plus.
